Guurrllll! That was some good word! You realize that was just a demon trying to steal your joy that day, right? His name was jealousy, and he tried to distract you & tell you lies that you were doing too much. Ha! Praise God for the Holy Spirit speaking to you & reminding you of who you are in the kingdom! So, demon jealousy, not only did your lies not work, what you meant for evil, my sistuh turned into good & used your meaningless tactics to encourage other sisters in Christ! Thank you, Theresa, for your continued encouragement, & work for His kingdom! Side note, I’ve heard you use “snatched” before, but would you educate the “landline generation” aka Grace grown folks, as to what exactly that means? Lol! Love yo!

Theresa you are fabulous!! Inside and out! Yes that was jealousy coming at you, like a spear! But my heart hurts for that lady… apparently she’s not happy with herself and feels like it’s because of time constraints. Women, we are so good at casting our insecurities onto one another! Next time someone throws shade in our direction, I wonder what would happen if we responded with a compliment and even a hug! I know my flesh would keep me from remembering this… when I’m actually in the situation, but I’ll pray God reminds me.
*This message inspired me to put a little extra thought into how I look today. Since I became a mom I’ve been slumming it, which has been weighing down my confidence. You empowered me to get back to making myself feel good… and knowing I have the power to combat the negative thoughts!
